Long Beach Eco Tourism

Queen Mary Long Beach

Just minutes from Bikestation, this historic ship is open for guided tours year round. Climb onboard and enjoy a meal at one of the Queen Mary's award winning restaurants or spend the night in the luxury hotel.

Aquarium of the Pacific

California's premier aquarium puts visitors face to face with the inhabitants of the world's largest ocean.  Follow the link and check back often for special events and  information regarding seasonal exhibits.

LB Museum of Art

The Long Beach Museum of Art over looks the Pacific Ocean from scenic Bluff Park in the Historic Bluff Heights District.  Admission is free every Friday.  Go for the art or just enjoy a hot drink at the Cafe.

Museum of Latin American Art

Long Beach's Museum of Latin American Art is the only Museum West of the Mississippi River to exhibit only Contemporary Latin American Art.  Admission is free every Friday.  Don't forget to stop at the Museum's Viva Cafe to sample traditional recipes from Latin America.

El Dorado Nature Center

The El Dorado Nature Center, located in Long Beach's El Dorado Park, is easily accessed from the San Gabriel River Bike Trail and offers a variety of free classes for both children and adults.

Shoreline Village Logo

Shop, eat and enjoy the scenery at Shoreline Village in Downtown Long Beach.  Conveniently located at one end of the beach trail!  Follow the link for special events.

Marina Pacifica Mall

Located in Alamitos Bay, Marina Pacifica Mall is home to the Wow! store, AMC Theatres and numerous eateries. Shop, eat and be entertained, all in one stop.

Long Beach Marketplace

Can't find what you're looking for at the Marina Pacifica Mall?  Cross the street to  the Long Beach Market place!  This shopping center is boasts a UA Theatre complex, Yoga World yoga sudio and boutique shopping for the discerning consumer.

Rancho Los Cerritos

This Spanish style Rancho was built in 1844 and is a National Historic Site.  Visitors can immerse themselves in the rich history of southern California at the museum or walk the historic gardens.

Kayaks on the Water

See Alamitos Bay the way it was meant to be seen.  Kayaks on the Water is open daily in the Summer and by appointment year round. 

Long Beach Windsurf Center

Never been Windsurfing?  Don't let another opportunity pass!  Long Beach Windsurf Center also offers Kayak, in-line skate and other various health-conscious and environmentally friendly rentals.

Rock Bottom Brewery

Across the street from the Long Beach convention Center, this Brewery offers outdoor seating and a number of handcrafted beers produced on-site.  Banquet facilities are available for special events.
