Good morning all,
Fear not men, for I have found a link to a YouTube video that will demonstrate how you can pack your suit on your bike and arrive at the office with nary a wrinkle. (For ideas on feminine commuting logistics please refer to Chapter 1.) There are a couple of men in my neighborhood who are prime candidates for an "Executive" Bicycle Commute and I intend to recruit them. Being male high powered executives, they must wear suits with sharply creased slacks and space consuming shoulder pads. Let's face it. Suits are large, unwieldy and generally do not lend themselves to daily bicycle commuting--one would think. This YouTube video will nip their suit defense in the bud.
Brent the gentleman who operates Bikestation on weekday mornings offered another great solution. He said that in a prior life he wore tuxedos as a fine dining waiter and bartender. He found a dry cleaner near work and would leave his tuxedo for cleaning and a small number of other garments for laundering. He would exchange the tuxedo every 3 or 4 days and not have to worry about transporting his tux on the bike.
